Meet Dr. Choy

Dr ChoyRussell G. Choy, D.D.S.

Dr. Choy has lived in the Bay area since 1980. He has been practicing dentistry since 1987. He obtained his Doctor of Dental Surgery degree from the University of the Pacific School of Dentistry, now known as the Arthur A. Dugoni School of Dentistry. He then received additional training at the Dawson Academy.

Dr. Choy is currently an Assistant Clinical Professor with the Restorative Dentistry Department at the Arthur A. Dugoni School of Dentistry. He is a member of the American Dental Association, San Francisco Dental Society, and the Dawson Alumni Association.

Dr. Choy has presented research in the Netherlands as a Hatton Award presenter, and has served as a team coach for two Odyssey of the Mind, World Finals. Odyssey of the Mind is an international educational program that offers creative problem solving opportunities for children, from kindergarten through college.

In his spare time, he enjoys snow skiing and scuba diving. He has been married to the same wonderful wife since 1992. He and his wife have two children, both of whom are currently enrolled at UC Berkeley.

Dr. Choy can provide you with a full range of dental treatments. Reconstructive and cosmetic procedures are standard routine for our practice. These procedures include teeth whitening, crowns, veneers, and bridges. Our goal is to provide the services you need, comfortably, and to your satisfaction.
